    The block is set out and the slab is poured, with the courtyard left as open ground.

    Walls go up and the frame is inspected.

    Roof framing goes on, with the deep eaves that shade the courtyard glass in summer.

    Brick, bronze-framed glass and the flat roof close the house in.

    Travertine and oak floors, joinery and the spotted gum ceilings.

Floor plan

Every home starts with a measured floor plan.

We draw the full floor plan first, room by room. The 3D model, the drawings and every render are built from it, so what your clients see on your site is the house you built.

Each plan is checked against 89 planning, building and draftsman rules, from room sizes to setbacks, before any image is made.

No. It is a quick check that we suit each other. We look at your website and your best home, and if we are not the right fit, we say so.

What do you ask for in return?
